A passion born in the air
It all began in 1986 with the creation of the Meung-sur-Loire Aerostatic Club, founded by Mr. Blanchard, a ballooning enthusiast.
In 1989, the club became “LES BALLONS DE LOIRE”, bringing together a community of sky lovers.
Since then, we have been flying young and old over the Loire Valley châteaux, and particularly over the Château de Chambord, an emblematic French heritage site.
In 2025, to meet growing demand, the “CHAMBORD EN MONTGOLFIERE” center was created.
Today it is entirely dedicated to this magical and majestic area.
